I had a positive experience with everyone. Although the office was very busy as the day I was there they had 5 providers working, everyone was pleasant and attentive. My wait was quite long to get fitted for brace and crutches, but I was offered the ability to come back at a different time if I choose not to wait. Nick and Caitlin were awesome!!! I live 35 minutes away so I choose to wait. Appointment time was 1010am and I left at 1:15 pm

When I made the appointment, they were able to get me in within a very reasonable time and the office staff were all very helpful and professional. Gerry explained my x-rays, showed me what was going on in my knees, gave me options to choose for proceeding and was very open to all of my questions.
