HEARTFELT THANKS FOR THE PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS SERVICE

Dear Dr. Bahu and staff,
I want to take this time to express my most heartfelt thanks for the professional and courteous service that you and your office staff always provides. I recently had rotator cuff surgery on my left shoulder and I'm now beginning the recovery phase. Prior to, and after surgery, 

I have had many questions, sometimes feeling as if they might be silly, however you and your staff has never treated them that way. Everything from doctor visits, surgery prep, to post-operative care has been nothing short of fabulous. You and every member of your staff has taken the time to treat every patient as if they are the only patient and that is not something that's always commonly found in a large practice. Having surgery can be a difficult decision, but the comfort and care that is felt from you and your staff made me feel made my decision to have surgery much easier. Although I knew it would be a long and difficult recovery process, I felt prepared for what to expect because you and your staff took the time to make sure that I understood the entire process before going into surgery. After surgery, I returned for my follow-up appointment. Again, you and your staff were great! I hope you enjoy these cookies as a small token of my appreciation for the professional, courteous, and individual care that you and your staff have given me during my visits.
